Michael became a member of the workers'
compensation team at Katz, Friedman, Eagle, Eisenstein & Johnson in
2003. He brings 14 years experience representing clients before the
Illinois Industrial Commission to the firm. Michael has represented
clients through all phases of the practice, from arbitration through
the appellate court. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association
and the Workers' Compensation Lawyer's Association.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in
1982 from Illinois Benedictine College in Lisle, Illinois. In 1987
he entered The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. While
a law student he was actively involved in the moot court program and
was elected to the Moot Court Executive Board, for which he received
a scholarship. He was co-author of the 1989 National Moot Court Competition
Problem in Information Law and Privacy for The John Marshall Law School.
Michael was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1990. |
